I wish we could all go back to the 90's when some real football was played. Both teams sucked badly. It was the worst final i ever saw. Holland players were killers and Spain players were pussies as always. The only thing i saw in this match were fouls, complaining ,some more complaining and maybe 1% of real football.The game was stopped every 2-3 min.My interest was lost after the first 30 min. Holland didn't deserve to win but if Spain is the best team of the tournament then football is dying.

Spanje was wel de betere ploeg, maar als nl een corner had gekregen was het doelpunt nooit gevallen. Aan de andere kant hadden ze die counter gewoon moeten smoren met een overtreding. Met 9 man red je die laatste 2 minuten ook wel ;-) Ook had robben zich kunnen laten vallen want dan had puyol zeker met rood van het veld afgegaan. Helaas was spanje wel de betere ploeg

Maar het doelpunt was niks op aan te merken, het zou buitenspel zijn geweest, maar de bal kwam nooit bij hem aan, dus deed hij niet mee aan de actie en was het geen buitenspel.

As a neutral: Holland were crap. They played a horrible chop-their-legs-off style of football that wud have been a travesty to have won the WC. They were EXTREMELY lucky not to have gone down to 9 men, and their ONLY tactic was to STOP Spain playing. It was telling anytime they hit for a break they got themselves into trouble. Hopefully Dutch will learn from this and field a PROPER Dutch team that will play good football and win.

The goal was clearly correct - no off-side whatsoever (unless you don't understand the rules concerning off-side). Same shit when Spain played against Portugal,the referees always avoided to signal fouls next to the spanish area,however in that game,Spain would clearly have won with the referee help or not,in this that is doubtful.
