Well glen ive just added a 7000,litre pump to the stimmer so looks like its working better and that this 5000,litre pump was no good. But aquarum all empty and other stuff due to good things happening regarding aquarium.
@tashdog1 my nitrates were the live rock in the sump, but as you say they never seem to come down as quick and they go up, a little like the gas bill lol

so why do you use ozone for on your skimmer
do you find it makes the skimmer work well more
or difference, tell for the ozone ARE YOU USING
aqua medics blue ozone generator 100MG/H size one

@tashdog1 Look at 21 seconds you will see the kalk stirrer and then the calcium reactor just behind where the bottle is!

The live rock was giving nitrates out so took it all out, skimmer is working fine mate no problems, the filter has been running over 2 years now!

@a24udi well glen in 2 weeks time when dennis gets back home from holiday
hes going to order me in the deltec TC3070S external 6000,litres protein
skimmer. he does not have an account with them so he will need to pay it in full money
plus hes doing this as a one off as he dont sell marines fish corals so on

you seem to look like glen you dont have any liverock in the blue reservoir
so how long has your filtration system been going for now did you say
skimmer still doing well
