A 2012 Hybrid costs some money but I'll save huge on gas, but if the car is too expensive then I'll get a bucket but both don't represent who I am. car washes are a no-no! those things will screw up your paint. get a bucket, and a lambswool wash mitt and do it by hand. while youre at it, claybar the car, then polish and wax :)

Great Video, leaving your car full of wrappers and litter looks trashy and is really kind of embarrassing.

Also I'd recommend going touch-less or hand washing your car, especially if its a newer model (that goes double if its black or darker color). Those car washes with the spinning cloth strips leave fine scratches and swirls in the clear coat which starts to fade the shine of the car. My 2 cents.

Being a gear head and a consumer advocist, what you drive says a lot about you as a person. It doesn't need to be a nice car, but to me brand and model make a major statement. I am a Chevrolet fan, always will be, and I will always drive a Chevy. Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and anything associated with them, are junk and show the owner didn't research. Haven't read all comments, maybe someone said this already, but - the car you drive - even if it's pristine - does say something about you. EG: I'm 36 and I don't think I could drive around a sporty jap import anymore (once I owned a Skyline) as it could be seen as a bit immature if it wasn't a late model. Mind you, I don't think the reverse (a young guy driving around an auto Audi wagon, etc) would be seen quite as badly... but I do think with cars, there are horses for courses, so to speak.
