I agree this is a wise 9 yr old with the words he knows. And yes, they can be that smart, my granddaughter is. HOWEVER, my real dad beat my mom even when she was pregnant!! Guess what? When I went to visit him at 15yrs old.. I DID NOT KNOW HOW HE WAS! My mother respected ME enough not to hurt me by talking bad about my dad. My mom suffered terribly at his hands but loved me enough NOT to let know it.

Even if you legitmately believed he was a great man. We have to face that single-motherhood doesn't just happen. I know women who have unprotected sex with men who are in and out of prison, who have other babies they dont take care of, or the relationship is already unhealthy. Kids do not magically appear they are concieved when two people decide to have sex without taking the propper precautions but if the guy was irresponsible before the pregnancy he will probably be irresponsible afterwards.
