Yes, but if you get a lot of property, by doing bartending say, then do several quests, you can earn a large amount of money without getting bored. You are the stupid one, if you don't know this strategy. The point is, unless you wish to leave your game on overnight, it's boring not doing quests.

This game looks great, but I feel like that the pub games and jobs will be the games downside because of the lack of engagement. Also the ability to play as a henchmen won't always be available to you. Hopefully you are actually able to invest into shops/run shops and that there is a bustling economy.

Ive also visited and worked at Lionhead in my time, I can answer these Questions, 1# They will be free, 2# You can still steal from shops, due to the new gameplay and tech in Fable 2, it will be harder, #3 They're will be Ancestors of the Fable 1 Character's scattered throughout Fable 2, Some you stumble upon, and some come to you.

I just want to say all of the consoles are very good and each has its own good games. It really is the type of player that determines which one is better for him/her. I personally like to Xbox better, but that does not mean that the PS3 is "gay". It is true, however that the Wii probably couldn't handle the full 360 version and the graphics would have to be dumbed down.
