At 1:00-03 is when the crowd sees her on the big screen for the first time. It's at that point that your brain sees the image and makes the connection with what you see on stage. That's why you hear the crowd get louder at that point. It happens in all of the videos of this tour. On this video notice that B loves the crowd's reaction. She start smiling at 1:00-:03.
