Dude you're an idiot.Maybe 6 figures including cents. There is SO many holes in FHTM's system that I could write a book. Residuals are so low, the whole system is about recruiting. But, when you crunch the numbers on the model and it's implied exponential growth on each level, you can tell that it's unsustainable unless a majority of the people who join fail after paying. The system doesn't work, that's why there is so many fees. This system insults us with real marketing experience.
This people get paid for telling this fantasies of success, they make money of selling their family and friends, but they don't see that money because they have to pay expensive fees the company charges ( 199 start kit, 250 training, 199 renewal fee and you have to pay for the products you get by mail you have to sell and nobody buys because they are crap).. come on people, if I want dish network, I'll go through the company directly, this people overcharge you for every service you get.
This Fortune Hi Tech went through the factory where I worked in 2001. About 75 to 100 people signed up and a few people quit because so many people were signing up. But after about a year the new recruits slowed so much , that everybody has gotten out of it that I know of.
Judy L. Hammerschmidt, the ex General Counsel for FHTM, is caught on video a few days ago in California applying for a job as a french fry maker at Burger King. That is definitely a move up for this unemployed attorney and restauranteur. Go Judy Go!
I am sorry to hear that Paul Orberson´s mentor and God (Osama Bin Laden) has been killed by the American government this week. What will he profess next week.
Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing loses Verizon Wireless from product offering
So many questions and not enough answers. In a world fighting for customers and companies watching over their reputations like a hawk, what do these companies all have in common? I am referring to major Fortune 100 icons like General Electric, DuPont, Time, Verizon Wireless and AT&T as well as some smaller ones like Travelocity, Peter Lamas and BSP Rewards Mall.
The Federal Trade Commission today stepped up its ongoing campaign against scammers who falsely promise guaranteed jobs and opportunities to “be your own boss” to consumers who are struggling with unemployment and diminished incomes as a consequence of the economic downturn. “Operation Empty Promises,” a multi-agency law enforcement initiative today announced more than 90 enforcement actions including FHTM.
FHTM is no longer authorized to use the DuPont name, logo, or trademark in any way. FHTM and each FHTM Independent Representative should immediately discontinue the use of any materials containing the DuPont logo.
Our right to use DuPont’s name, logo and trademark was revoked because FHTM Representatives abused the FHTM Marketing Policy by creating and distributing unapproved marketing materials that displayed the DuPont logo.
FHTM has 2 class action lawsuits pending, a dozen US AG investigations, C- with Kentucky BBB and no real relationships with the companies they claim they represent. DuPont, GE, Peter Lamas, Travelocity, BSP Rewards Mall and others have dumped FHTM after finding out the type of scam they are running. Not to mention the big buck paid to the top money earners in side deals. No ethics, morals or business integrity. Paul must have taken business lessons from Bernie Maddoff
Can you believe that Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing (FHTM) is allowed to continue its illegal operations in California in spite of a dozen or so Attorneys General investigations, multiple lawsuits and their own disclosure stating that 99.9% of the participants lose money. Sounds like Paul Orberson must have been friends with Bernie Maddoff....

Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing was just blasted in its 2nd class-action lawsuit filed on 12/22/10 in California from 2010. AG's, reps and lawyers think they are a fraudulent pyramid scheme. The lawsuit may be read at fhtmclassaction dot info.
Network Marketing is a great industry. FHTM has been branded an illegal pyramid scheme by State Attorney Generals and was designed with a system that guarantees 99% of the people that get into it will fail and be more broke 6 months later. Dont waste your money on a company built on lies and others reputations.
ITS NOT A SCAM!! I WOULD KNOW I RECIEVE OVER $10,000 DOLLARS A MONTH! AND IWE'VE ONLY BEEN IN THIS BUSSINESS FOR 6 MONTHS. but of course there are always people like HillaryHitler who are always talking negative about FHTM. THe truth is everyone knows that you can always say something negative about everything. you name it, not everybody thinks the same which is why this is a bussiness.

Just earlier today I heard FHTM is going to give you a free 8 or 9 inch.(one of those, can't remember) swivel-head dvd player this month (ends the 25th I think) just for doing what you'd be doing anyway if you joined this company..
Yes, I think he paid for the trip to Oprah and the movie, just like all of the articles written abt like he paid big time for the Dish Channel. Paul would have zero credibility of his checkbook was empty. Go read the lawsuit and the definition of a pyramid scheme at fhtmclassaction dot info.

@divabikinis I've seen your name and comments on a lot of videos about FHTM Slamming them left and right.. Did you join the company and, didn't do well or what happened? Why are you so adamant about hating this company? I mean, if you've never actually seen the business presentation, I can understand your stupidity but, other then that I just don't see it.
I was in the business for 6 months and made tons of money. I dont hate anyone...Just feel the world needs to know the truth about how FHTM really operates.
Definitely! My sponsor (One of the original 4 pioneers of Canada) know Paul personally, and I met him up in Calgary in March.. he is such a pleasant person, you can just tell how dedicated he is to helping us become successful with FHTM.
Can you please explain to me what your definition of a pyramid scam is?
I am positive that there is no way that my enrollment fee was able to pay my sponsor a fast cash bonus of almost double of what I paid to get in... how does that work in a pyramid scam ????
HAHAHA Oh look another millionaire in the making. Another tool that only makes money by recruiting other tools who then recruit more tools. Hey kid you spent all that money on university and yet you havn't learned a thing. One day you will look back at this video and feel shame.
A class action lawsuit was filed against Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing (FHTM), its officers, directors, Presidential Ambassadors and all National Sales Managers claiming fraud, pyramid scheme and RICO violations in the Eastern District of the Federal Courts on September 2, 2010

FHTM is not a scam....it's doing great things for me and people I know in the business....and how can you people say the products are crap...we deal with all the cell phone companies, Dish Network, GE, DUPONT....everyone has a cell phone nowadays so how is that a product you will never use? Those of you that talk bad about FHTM obviously don't know the business model...anyone who wants to know more about this great company feel free to message...or even e-mail me lilkochy2@yahoo.com
Not a very professional or credible video. But at least the message is correct...it's NOT a scam people. There ARE products and services being sold....the same products and services you use everyday....like Verizon, or AT&T, or DISH Network. Get the facts...visit me at mdwaters.blogspot.com for more information on FHTM.
FHTM is an ILLEGAL PYRAMID SCHEME and was recently named in a RICO lawsuit. There problems are monumental. In spite of recent changes to the facade - Fortune Hi-Tech is still a scam based on endless recruiting and NO real product sales.
I went to an "employment agency" recently looking for full time work. I didn't mind paying a small fee if it meant full time employment. After going through the application "process", the lady behind the counter thumbed through a binder that she kept turned so I could not see it. She said they currently do not have any full time job postings, but that if I was interested in part time work, they had something really good. Turns out, this "agency" was just a front for FHTM. I declined and left.
My husband and I have joined FHTM, and it's changed our lives in ways we couldn't even imagine. The best is knowing we're impacting the lives of others where they just get paid on what they're already going. I was looking for a way to freedom. This is not the vehicle I expected. But it is the best vehicle I could imagine. It's the next generation of MLMs. It's not anything like the ones that are old models.
Basically, you buy a bunch of products from 3rd rate companies, to pay off the people abbove you, until you find a bunch of people to sign up and buy shitty products they don't need, to line your products. Who makes the most money? Mr. Orberson the genious that suckered people into this
The American Nightmare! When the CEOs and Federal Reserve decide to stop funding this walking, talking billboard "company" (which requires hidden fees, directly and indirectly) what will you be left with? You have devoted your self to promoting all these companies and gathering more reps (recruits basically) instead of getting an education or skills. Look at what you are relaying on people! They especially want you to spread among friends and family, ensuring a collective economic collapse!!
Me and my husband are involved in FHTM and it's been the best decision for us. Just made so much sense. Very uncomplicated, and promising. We are in the Rome GA area if anyone is looking to connect, or if you have any questions - we'd be more than happy to help! Feel free to message me =]
can u give me like a good speech for fhtm becuase i just started like 2 days ago and im only 15 almost 16 and i want a good speech not to long but a good one to get the costomer wanting to join
You have wrote the exact same paragraph in response to all FHTM videos. Does everyone know FHTM sends out emails to their reps telling them they HAVE to respond to any negative feedback with a positive story...what kind of company has to do that kind of thing.....sounds pretty fishy.....something that needs to constantly say it's not a scam, must have a guilty conscience
My story is what it is! I know what FHTM has personally done for me and my husband and therefore, that's what I talk about. This company has been life changing for us, there is simply no denying it. And not once in my entire time being involved in this company have I been "told" to respond to any feedback, negative or positive. I simply wanted to tell people my story and offer help if anyone needed it.
How is he dumb if he's amazingly successful from doing this, it's working out for him. Don't just assume it's another "pyramid scheme scam" because you heard a few things. Look into the history of the business, the structure, the way it works, how it works, and you'll see that it's not a scam. 0 debt and a great business structure are crucial for success and fhtm has both.
@museman007 I don't know where you get your information from, but my business was less than $100 and I have not paid one red cent for training. EXCELLENT training. Me and my husband are involved in FHTM and it's been the best decision for us. Just made so much sense. Very uncomplicated, and promising. We are in the Rome GA area if anyone is looking to connect, or if you have any questions - we'd be more than happy to help! Feel free to message me =]
