  • I agreed with the broken video.... lost interest on watching.

  • I must say I was also disappointed in the sequencing and having to watch the intro over and over. I got frustrated and didn't bother finishing watching. I wanted to know how to work with rice paper and I saw that part so I guess, thanks and goodbye.

  • This is one of the worst produced cooking demos EVER!!!!

  • this is really annoying by watching chop videoes. waste of time.

  • that 's all thai food , actually Sriracha sauce comes from thailand too but I dont know why, when I grow up , it already becomes Vietnamese's product,

my friend told me about the copyright that they did it first. Thailand has a lot of good things and intellects """" but they never try to keep it for their lineage...

thanks for sharing , my English is not good.

  • traditional thai peanut sauce

    1 teaspoon of soy sauce

    1 teaspoon of brown sugar

    1 teaspoon of lemon juice

    1 cup of peanut butter

    2 teaspoons of cooking oil

1 red bell pepper if you like...

    1 onion

fry onion untill almost tender then add peanut butter mix untill it gets to a liquid if it doesnt add water a lil at a time. rember to keep heat low. then add all the other ingridients and mix well. Once it all gets to a sauce type serve.. Thais eat this with nothing else..

  • For Peanut Dipping Sauce:

1 small piece of lemon grass, chopped

    Freshly grated ginger-to taste

    1 cup water

    ½ cup hoisin sauce

    3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter

    1½ tablespoons sugar

In a small sauce pan, simmer lemon grass in the water for 5 minutes, strain out the lemongrass and add the remaining ingredients to the water.

  • Whisk well and simmer an additional 5 minutes. If the sauce doesn’t thicken, whisk for one minute over medium heat. Pour into individual serving cups and serve with spring rolls.

  • I hate that you chopped this all up into little videos, and you cut out the recipie. Gay, very gay, get off youtube.

  • she's good but so frustrating to watch one recipe in chunks. just start and go for it all. what an exhausting way to learn this stuff.

  • By the time I had watched all the various 30 second to 1 minute videos, I lost my appetite. Just make one 10 minute video please!

  • is this vietnamese, thai or japanese cooking?

  • thai?

  • ASIAN cooking / asian menu

  • This Expert Village videos are so annoying and frustrating. I'm out

  • It's frustrating to watch 10 segment of 1-2 min videos with the same intro. I'm finding that this is the usual case with other sponsored Expert Village videos :(

  • i couldnt agree more! its such a stupid way to do clips. the only reason i can think of why expert village does this is to get 10 times the ad traffic from seo/internet marketing. i absolutely hate it and avoid watching them if i can.

  • @Clairendelle WELCOME TO HOWCAST! VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD AND NO STUPID INTRO!!

  • white people need to stop making asian foods. bitch can't even pronounce the shit!

  • الله يهديك للإسلام يارب

  • im getting mad tryna watch this..

  • Hard to follow because all clips are out of order and not labeled properly :-( It's also a pain to watch the same intro over and over.

  • COMPLETELY AGREE!

  • I would love to watch this in its "wholeness" =) I liked the clips but please do us all a favour and sort them or make 1 big *clip* PS not bashing just really intrested and confused :]
