This guy is all wrong about Bullrun, its not a bunch rich well-off playing mine is bigger than yours, its about car people rich, AND POOR, getting together to see who's got what it takes to make it cross country.

Actually, that's where you're wrong. Bullrun is two things.
1) A reality show with challenges and eliminations using a 12 team format
2) An annual rally where a bunch of rich people get together and rally accross the country for fun, consisting of around 100 cars.
Bill and Cindi are regulars to the Bullrun rally and were trying out for the reality show. However, I don't think that at the time, they knew what the reality show really was because they applied for season 1
