err, NSA Encryption software has been in prity much every windows OS Software, if your a programmer you can even go through the code yourself, you will see its just encryption software to keep your stuff safe, not to expose it and save it some NWO computer, this NWO stuff is a load of crap, if you have seen the world and the stuff the US government has done to people you would possibly consider it a good thing. i dont think that myself, im not superstitious.

No you can't. Windows is proprietary software. If you have access to Microsoft Windows code you would have to be a Microsoft employee who is a developer working on Windows itself. Exposure of the code to the public will result in legal action against you by Microsoft.
