You don't know how scary Halloween truly is until you've celebrated it on Staten Island. I was sadly stuck in that miserable city while I was on the way to the annual Greenwich Village Halloween Parade dressed as a California Raisin. If there's anyhing that Staten Island should be known for, it's the fact that most of its residents can't keep themselves from masturbating in public. The problem is so bad that there are even special receptacles placed along the sidewalk just for this purpose (which like trashcans are never used!)
