Thank you Martin. I've understood much of thanks to Ray Smith but you put this in such a concise manner that I think, and believe, that it will help. the understanding that it isn't up to myself to determine when I am able to conquer certain sinful tendencies is somehow liberating. I will try from now on to incorporate this mentality. It is God who takes the sinful nature away, not myself. The carnal mind is enmity against God, Romans 8:7

i agree we can't stop sinning and only the holy spirirt can curb it, we can't do it,

this has been my experice what you are saying here, the other thing i have seen is the people that teach sinlessness are so full of condemantion and anger ,you can feel it listening to them, they actaully are full of hate for us the people less then themselves in their oun minds, i have actually become mentally ill in the past being sinfree or having the sin free menatllity , let GOD do the work!!!
