  • Those were the days, man sportswise speaking....they had the drivers, the teams, the machines, the circuits, all top noch in the world

  • I miss Greg Moore

  • I do too I honoured him Last year on October 31 the 10th anniversary of his crash. He will always be in my heart and mind.

  • These days will only return if the IRL makes makes some changes like going back to turbo charged engines, which make the cars sound better and would get rid of the ugly intake of the current indy cars. The cars also need to return to the California and Michagan speedways. Better commentators will also help. Scott Goodyear is okay but Parker Johnstone was great, as was Paul Page, the new guy sucks ass.

  • I thought Bob Varsha was pretty good too, but Paul Page was by far the best commentator alongside with Sir Jackie Stewart and Gary Gerould.

  • they're not turbo anymore??!!

    well thats just STUPID!!

  • Oh Really? Sorry, but Douche bags in F1 don't do it so long.

  • Those where the good old days.Thank you for posting!

  • dude i wish I had a bubble jacket like that! :-P

  • I second that, lukeCART1. Nobody calls a race with as great a combination of professionalism and real human emotion. Mike Joy comes close.

  • I can actually mimic Paul Page well.

  • i think this was the race G. Moore finished backwards. lol

  • I remember that race, the throwing cigar incident was cool, Adrian Fernandez won again in a reynard with 98 and 99 parts, just awesome!

  • paul page is the best commentater. good post Chillybanana
