Oscar Grant was one felony away from life in prison under three strikes.

Officer Mehserle was a productive citizen.

Because Oscar Grant was out being an asshole that night, Officer Mehserle was put in a position in which an accident in the course of his work led to him being a political prisoner and sacrifice to the leftists who refuse to accept that blacks are largely a destructive force in society.
