So far, yeah! I'm a first semester art student and it's the first time I've painted with gouache acrylic.
When I was in 10th grade is when I became inspired to draw because of comics I liked, especially Jim Lee's style of artwork. With a lot of practice I could of been pretty good, but I became to discouraged by people not liking it. They would say, "why don't you draw nice things like a tree, or children." Sooo 10 years later I'm giving it a go again in graphic arts. :)
You don't like acrylic?

what kind of paper do you use? i have been writing a comic for about 7 years but I don't know what kind if paper is best for drawing and coloring.
also spawn is awesome, shame he isn't as popular as he used to be :(
