You need to get your facts straght. there were people on board it was a demo flight at an airshow. The pilots made a low pass with gear and flaps down. when he did the go-around, the on board computers overrode his imputs thinking the airplane was going to land. That was early AirBus fly-by-wire, They have changed the way it works after the crash and it will no longer over ride pilot input.
