I was just there this weekend and it still looks pretty much the same now as it did when the video was filmed, main room almost empty, large crown around the Stephen Colbert portait.

Is this intended as a disparaging statement? If you were watching closely the door behind the group of students led to another gallery to which Colbert's picture was hanging. If the curator was speaking of his picture than they would have been in that room. Also the other half of the crowd filmed was in the area further back that led to pictures other than that of Colbert's. Surmising a whole generation in one badly filmed video is rather harsh.

I doubt these folks went all the way to the National Portrait Gallery and didn't even bother to look at the presidents. Even assuming Colbert was the main draw, isn't it good that the portrait is drawing people who might otherwise not come?

I am the huge HUGE fan and i try to watch every show. Television was boring with out of you during the strike. I think that you dont need them and i think that you and John Stuart should work more together as a team.. It is awsome when you too work together..
