@Ask4Green As far as I'm aware there is no intention to use it for the OSE project. When I met Harry at the "Steam Automobile Club of America" meet in 2010 he was showing it off just as all other members were showing their own inventions off and I uploaded this little video off the WHE because it really captivated me. It's an amazingly ingenious piece of engineering:)
This engine can be used only added to an ICE. It can harvest the heat/ gases resulted from the combustion.
It's Harry Schoell's invention and patented for many years. It's also produced under Cyclone Power WHE brand.
They recently signed a contract with the DoD. So, how can you possibly use it the OSE project?
