I would like to know why the value of Linden dollars has risen just recently considering LL create money from nothing in exchange for $US. Second life needs to get its shit together and create a real economy. Every time you buy something in SL the creator gets full payment, and LL gets its share dollar for dollar from something you created and that is so wrong.
I made a video with a few different ways to dress lol it wasn't too good and it's kinda long too but SL is indeed so much better in details than has been shown in this video, fashion-wise.
@GrizzlyBear672 some freebies are stolen from the actual creators, so buyers beware. It's called cheap knock offs, same thing happens in rl fashion as it is on sl. one friend had her stuff copied by copybots
I'm a middle-aged person and I'm not boring :-). I do agree there are some amazing items of clothing etc. out there and skins and hair for that matter. The only problem in SL re: Fashion is just like RL you have to pay for it however staying in good physical shape is a LOT easier :-).
The way I see it the purpose of this video was to stimulate interest, desire and engagement ~ mission accomplished ~ with style. Fashion transcends all ages and cultures.
most of the fashion i saw in this clip was CRAP compared to what is truly available. The fashion items shown here look like they were picked out by boring middle-aged people whereas the diversity and trendiness of SL fashion is youthful, ecclectic, and fun, truly amazing and this is not adequately showcased here at all. It makes SL fashion seem LAME :(

You should have taken away the FUN word in "HOW MUCH fun VIRTUAL FASHION CAN BE" LOL. Some creators don't overcharge though , so you can get lucky.

fashionistas give me the creeps. Second Life has an intriguing culture of it's own, rather than copying the real fashion industry.
