  • That was one hell of a review!

  • how much was this sword?, if you don't mind me asking.

  • @ItsNuckChorris The last two of these special order katanas sold for $165 each which included shipping. Wiwingti Sword Supply is no longer in business and there will never be another of these swords made.

  • I finally got my katana :)

  • Does it make noise when you slash down with it?

  • @RaiAntou This blade does have some tachikaze, but it isn't as prominent as a blade with a full bi-hi.

  • I have pics of my custom made katana which I'm hoping to get in a few weeks. Wow it's taken a long time but that's a good thing I suppose. If you want to see them I'll try and send a link or email them to you.

  • @DarkChaoto Checked out your pics. Pretty nice. There's a real satisfaction in owning something unique.

  • @Jeeperrandy Thanks, Thats one of the reasons I chose to have mine customised. =) I like the idea nobody els in the world has the same one though they can still have somthing similar if they wish. Anyway glad you liked it and hope to see any new swords or knives you have or may be getting. =)

  • Just stumbled across your channel and really liked the review. Haven't added any new swords to my collection in over ten years due to the economy but hopefully I can get back into the hobby soon. What blue sword is that hanging behind you on your left? It looks alot like one of mine. =)

  • @oconano

In the lastten years, sword quality has gone way up while prices have gone way down. There are some really great swords available these days at very low prices. The sword over my left shoulder at the beginning is just a carbon steel, functional Highlaner katana. It's just decoration. The one on the rake over my shoulder at the end ( green actually ) is the United Backyard Cutters limited edition Custom katana.

  • great vid Randy n the katana really cuts good in cold weather:) thanks for sharing about the product of wiwinti:)

  • POOL NODDLES! any ways... if what the description box says is true.....well I'm screwed. I was hoping to get one before they ran out.....guess not...nice review! 5/5

  • @Godzillair

Hahah, ya, pool noodles. they actually give pretty decent feedback, as you can tell by the one cut I flubbed. You need good edge alignment to cut them. I have some 'SUPER NOODLES' I will be cutting as soon as the weather gets nicer.

Sorry you missed out on these swords, they are pretty nice for 150 bones.

  • @Godzillair

Hey Godzillair , Marc just announced there are two more of these available $165 SHIPPED!

Check out Insane's review of it at WSS forums. He loves his.

  • It's time and money, unfortunately...i don't have either...By the time i got enough money, Marc would most likely be out of the katana's.....i can't seem to find the thread, any hints as to where it is?

  • He posted today on two or three of the WSS Uno-kubi threads

  • very nice and detailed review on the sword and also..beautifully straight cuts on tamegashiri, great balls on going out in sub zero temperatures(or close)! Makes me wish I could see your house of weapons!

  • randyyy! more videossssss=]

  • Come to BC, it's been like spring all winter!!!!

  • Great review Randy. I like the fact that you took it apart and the nakago is as long as it is.

  • Nice review Randy, seems like the blade cuts pretty well.
