I think your timing and arrangement is great, but you missed a few golden opportunities for lyric allignment: "pick yourself up off the floor"., every time it's played, you could use one of several hundred clips of Jack gasping back to life. Also, for "today never happened before", you could use the S2 premiere, because technically they had to live that day over again.
