Are these shorter interval type workouts just as effective as a 4 mile run? I continue to hear about the value of the shorter ones -such as HiiT . . .being a die-hard runner, it's a struggle to totally wrap my brain around the concept.....? Would like to hear suggestions or input - thanks!
@SarahsFabChannel lol I know but I think it's important to challenge yourself because you gain a LOT of strength. Plus, burpees are really good for cardio and burning calories!

haha, it's funny because the blurry beginning you can tell the camera is focusing on the wall behind you. It looks crazy. Great workout! Can't wait to try it, as usual.

@monikaus It's from a place called PLANK - but honestly, it kinda works bad in sweaty yoga classes. My hands ALWAYS slip. It retails for like $95, but I was given it as a gift. I would not pay that much for a mat that slips.

i noticed you were wearing those Nike Lightweight sneakers. I'm hoping to purchase some for christmas but want to know your opinion on them. Are they good for running? Or do you slip often?
@BeyondNaturalBelief I love them! Just bought my second pair actually. You should have another pair in rotation as well though if you run every day. If it's 8 miles and under, every other day you should be fine though. They are so comfy but my sister needs inserts and they were not that great for her. I used to use inserts and do not need to anymore.
