  • My team got sponsored and we all were given these socks. It is best to take the extra piece of velcro that comes with the socks and sew it onto your Shorts/Jock. The small piece of velcro on most shorts/jocks is too small to hold up this sock. Also because the sock only has velcro on one side of the sock, it needs the bigger piece of velcro provided with the socks to hold it up securely. World Class Socks!

  • My team is using these socks. They're awesome.

  • my high school team just got these today...soooo sick

  • are my socks too long? they cover my whole legs and are really baggy on me. do i need new ones. thumbs up so he can see

  • @SlapSnapandWrists how tall are you and what size do you have?

  • @MrRookie26 im 4 11 and have mens larges i think

  • @SlapSnapandWrists I think thats way to large for you then, I would try on a size lower, and if thats too small you'll have to look for a different sock

  • our team has these socks, im not very hard on my socks but i went through 2 pairs during the year, they tear soooo easy, although i like the feeling, they are terrible quality.

  • The reebok logo goes in the back right?

  • @majornate011 no it goes in the front. But you cant even tell its their. i have 20 pairs of these their great

  • I usually go through the wool socks in less than a year but I've had these for over a year and still no holes. If you've got hairy legs those shin gaurds can get pretty sweaty damn sweaty and rank! these socks will definitely help!

  • this is rbk not ccm

  • how big is the junior size cause this one is huge!

  • we got the plain white ones and navy blue ones for our team. the blue ones seem to be more durable which is weird, but no holes or anything yet, but for the white ones, i had 4 holes in them after the first game. also on the white ones they turn yellow on the bottom because of sweat and the puck marks make them look ugly. overall we all seem to like them, but they arent very durable and they require more sock tape in order to hold them up

  • You spelled experience wrong on your join hockeyus page btw

  • @toprightyeahp goody2socks...

  • i have those socks

    best choice i made

  • i have those socks

  • Oh By The Way i wear under armor. im not a smelly ass dude who wears gear on bare skin. gross

  • i think size has a lot to do with hockey equipment. im 6 foot 215 Lbs. and i hear a lot of complaints from skinnier guys about these socks being to loose. personally they fit very snug on my calves and i only have to tape them at the top of my knee. mine has a small hole from my skate when i took a hit, other than that i wash them every skate and have yet to see wear. i hate CCM socks but then again equipment is personal preference just like leather gloves. no hate on the lanky dudes. GO WINGS

  • @ThePaisteTrout477 yeah i am 6ft and 150lbs and i was looking at that sock like "there is no way that thing would fit me" i had some similar socks that i got from china when i was visiting, they weren't that exact material but they were made to be thin and breathable like these, and i loved them untill after three years my last pair got too beat up to use. Also fuck yes Hockeytown!

  • i had them once and i hated them they are super loose on your legs and since im used to the cotton ones i can't wear them comfortably.

  • my A team wears these in the bruins colors. they look gay in person, maybe not on a pro, but bantams they do lol. but i really edge jerseys.

  • These socks are very comfortable and breathe great but the average player on my team is getting about 4 or 5 games outta them before holes begin... Regular woven socks are lasting about 30 games and are cheaper to buy.

The best application of these is for a goalie because it's softer and since the socks touch your bare skin, it's easier on your knees:)

  • @fookutoob that is so true! I have the knit socks and they are so rough on my knees.

By the end of the game or practice, there is little marks on my knees because of the socks. These socks look like under armor

  • I'm switching to these socks for the first time. Do they "really" stay up with only one velcro tab on the front? Since I've used knit socks for the last 15 years with a jock with velcro on the front and back, I don't see how these socks would work with only a tab on the front. Any comments?

  • My friend has a pair of these, they look really cheap... they look like they would tear very easily. I'll stick to my thick cotton, old school socks :)

  • As a goalie, I wear the KPREE- 2009 knee/ thigh protectors. Would this sock be worth buying? I am looking for comfort as well as something that is breathable...

  • I have had these socks for 2 years now and I still wear them. There are rips here and there but they last a hell of a lot longer than the knitted socks.

  • my highschool team has these socks they tear easily and are too tight, cant get them over my shin pads

  • Im about 5'5 OFF skates and im 14..which size should i get?

  • a kid got tht on my team one of my coaches makes fun of him saying its lady laungera (i know i spelled tht wrong)

  • @sapoe3 lol ur coach sounds like mine.... XD

ye its lingerie... but that dont matter

  • @sapoe3 Its spelled lingerie. The stupid french basterds make everything so hard to spell (:

  • soo...i have jock shorts that have a velcro thing on both sides but those socks only attatch to them on the front? just wondering...

  • i have those in white and red and solid black! i love em!

  • I want to get the ones that have a white line running down the middle of the back. Its usually used during the NHL Team Practice sessions. But I need to improve my skating first! :-p

  • ive got these there prertty nice i got youths so they fit tighter but i still tape my shingaurds i guess im just a creature of habit i havent tried the velcro thing but i will monday at a puckshoot becuase i wasnt sure about the veclro system but all in all i like em

  • hey i got these socks but there ottawa style!

  • shut up coolgirl1992. they are the nasteyest socks out there

  • i got the dallas stars style i think there comfortable

  • The NHL does not wear these socks. This is for consumers only.

They dont have the logo on the sock and they dont have the strap where it attaches itself to the jock. The idea of the sock was to keep the shinguard in place without having to use cleartape so it promotes circulation and mobility. They wear them loose and still tape it up. I got a few pairs at the Leafs equipment sale for a couples of dollars. To BoDanglesss, dont buy them.

  • @TheCoolgirl1992 are you drunk every nhl team uses these and even the retail ones have all the same features plus their liike 20 bucks a pair not a couple dollars

  • personally not a fan. if you are looking for durability, forget about it.

  • i am looking for comfort and speed should i get them do you think that they would last at least half a season

  • I like to main design as far as the fabric goes and the look and feel go but what I didn't like about this sock is the 1 velcro strap, It just felt like the back of the sock was falling off of my lef and it didn't feel comftorable at the top.

  • I HATE THESE. my travel team did a big team order on them and they are extremely uncomfortable

  • these socks look fucking sick on.... but the suck all they do is ride up, twist and get cut... and they only fit if your shin pads are the right side. my whole team had them and only a few fit tight around the shin pad like the are ment to do...

  • i have these socks except there pittsburgh style

  • where in minnesota can i find these socks???????

  • Does anyone know if it is possible to get socks like the ones the 1984 Campbell Conference all-star team wore?

Please let me now if I can get them somewhere!!

  • im gettin those for school its awesome

  • have them really nice and light

  • The 9k pants are compatible with these, they made a pach of velcro to fit specifically for these.

  • did you know Addidas is making some hockey socks to now

  • WHAAT?!?!??! :P

  • ya because u do know adidas bought rbk....

  • reebok and ccm are subsidiary of adidas they are like the children of adidas, they werent bought theyve been together the whole time

  • I have these, I love them they stay close to your leg , it really feels like your just skating with out socks.

  • on our summer travel team they use these for the mites. they're really comfortable

  • i think our team might get these next year

  • report back and let's know how you like them

  • Woah, that would be so cool to go through a trash can after some NHL game and find 18 pairs of these awesome socks. Great vid!

  • Sad but true

  • Do these stick to the RBK 6k jocks?

  • should not be a problem

  • Alright, thanks.

  • it's a throwaway sock :-(, unacceptable for over $20
