its a T51R i can tell by the sound of the spool no other turbo out there sounds like that. still thats an amazing turbo to go with an ever better car.
n one more thing . im wondering wat rpm did he launch at . notice that the wastegate surge comes in quite fast after the turbo spool . most importantly wat turbo did he use . tats quite fast for a launch . coz im intending to go for garett twin turbo the gt something , it can hold up to 400 rwhp as said in the site :P

What single turbo is the RX-7 running? Motor sounds street/extend ported too.

I didn't know the owner but it is safe to guess that it was either a Greddy T78/T88 or a HKS T51R.
Those were the main turbos used by the full tuned street cars in Hachinohe, JP(where I taped this)
