They do have similarities. Both are mostly quiet, both have been trained for nothing but fighting since they were young, and both are the main protagonists. Oh, and both are nearly killed multiple times.

funny thing is, Kira hesitates to kill, while Heero can kill 1-5 mobile suit without his gundam.

if the 2 were to meet, possibly kira would die even with seeding since heero can use the gundam zero which is 2-3X better than the freedom. freedom uses nuclear power, while wing zero doesnt. by mobile to mobile even match but person to person, Kira is definitely expected to lose. check the facts and youll know what I mean

well actully new types and coordinaters r sensitve and would die if the pilot wing zero with zero system online the creator himself said it in new type magazine i have the article and is proven already that heero is a kai type which means more than a match against anybody in the gundam universe and is the best pilot and much way better the new types. new type magazine says it all

Kira Yamato, arguably. Writing a mobile suit's OS is no small task. And probably someone from one of the lesser serieses, like Victory or something. But in a lot of the classic UC serieses, there's really been no room for hacking, since computers didn't do too much (considering they weren't around.) There were, though, some hax people who could pull off some weird shit, including Casval Rem Deikum (know who that is?), Paptimus Scirocco, and of course, Haman. And if I must, I'll credit Camille.

That's just what I'm saying. And would Kira even be able to handle the ZERO System? Coordinaters are not Newtypes, I'm afraid. (Though there is the matter of Creuset, who calls himself a "Newtype" at some point.)

And as for those of you who have noticed me citing SEED as one of the best Gundam serieses out there, do note that I was never citing Kira as one of the best Gundam pilots out there. It's like me and Zeta, I love Zeta (the series and the MS), but I despise Camille.
