The game looks great but the voice acting reminds me of the voice overs used in many Godzilla movies translated from Japanese to English. The voice sometimes just doesn't fit the person it's attached too. Other than that, the game looks great. I'm going to track this one down as I've enjoyed this series through out the years starting with Y's Book I & II on NEC's Turbo Duo.

Just passing by to brag that I finished the game in Nghmare mode! It was a real challenge, took long time to beat each of the tree final bosses. I was with Reid Lv51, all emelas armor, pack of 3 blue potion ant three capla water (you cam only hold three items, so you have to use the healing items with extra care)! The Final Boss Napishtim was the biggest challange, I used all Capla Water and the item Emelio gives after you find the four pikkards - something that revives Reid once)!

@masterbrum  Whem you wield the Ericcel sword you can do double air attack, that makes the dash jump easier! But some areas are very hard like in the Limestone Cavern and That trial with tidal waves!

Of all the characters, I hated Terra the most. Mostly because of her voice and personality. (And the fact that she acted like a jealous schoolgirl at one point later in the game)

Olha is my favorite character. I love her soft spoken and kind personality.

They should of left out the cg scene. Some of the voices aren't bad, but most are nerve-wracking. I find it odd they gave elf-like people tails...>.>;

It's still one of my favorites games tho. Great to see an LP on it. : D

Oh, god. I'm glad the DS doesn't have voice actors... At least I don't think it does. (Ys Strategy for the DS, I have it.) Hopefully you can't win every map in this game by just sending your hero character out in the beginning and kill the workers :P Worked for Ys Strategy.

Isha and Olha are creepy enough in a language that I can understand, listening to them in Japanese just makes them somehow creepier. Not only that but Admiral Agares has a hilariously thick Russian accent for the English version. I'm going to show off the Anime intro as an extra at the end of the LP, so you'll get that at least. Really anything else I didn't feel made anything better or worse.

Everything was fine before she came back, as soon as I get swept away on some boat ride we get attacked and I almost die. Thanks Terra.

Best part is that she gets really whiny when you reunite with her and the crew. It's a true test for the eardrums!

At some point I may just add annotations into her speech boxes that say, "Whine complain moan bitch complain whine moan" XD It really feels like that half of the time when you talk to her.
