The verdict/sentence in this case has always irked me. So you can beat someone down with a baseball bat, murder them and get three year's probation. Not even one day in prison. I wonder if two Asian-American guys had chased down beaten to death a white guy if they would have received three year's probation. I say, Hell No.
He got manslaughter and yet serve no jail time. The judge is a racist and the legal system is fucked up.
