Everybody loves the people from the poor, really poor countries; but those that built Rhodesia and South Africa are now getting killed like flies, and the world just looks on. they are discriminated against for providing more roads, hospitals, schools, universities, sewerage systems; post offices, etc. than the rest of Sub-Sahara did - even more than the UN now can.
