Wow ...it's been a long time since I heard this tune. I used to own this tape back in 1984/85 when I was like 13 years old. Who knows where that one went, because I haven't seen it around in a long time. Great tune, btw. Too bad there isn't more stuff like this these days. The 80s rocked! I still harbour a dream of them playing alongside (the original) Riot, TKO, (the original) Kick Axe and Icon as support acts to a Starz - Ac/Dc double-header in my back garden. Fuck it - the could use the front yard as well if the really wanted ;)

Great tune; excellent album. Hanover Fist really should have gone with that original mix of that album, I reckon. I'm lucky enough to have that 'UK' version: Bigger, rawer sound and that classic 'metal/record plant' sleeve. There's some absolute killers on there: 'Fear No Evil', 'Standing Six' 'Rock Bottom'....but 'The Maze' was and is one of the greatest and most overlooked songs of that whole mid-eighties hair-metal period.
