I followed this and mine says THE FOLDER IS EMPTY. Is it because iTunes wants to sync and delete my iPod music for a libary that dont exsist? Got this problem when updated to iTunes 10. Any Advice?

fully works!! thanks so much! people that it doesnt work for them select all files in music section on the iPod thing (ctrl+a) then copy them to any folder and from there copy all F files. for example: F00, F01, F02... etc. i had to do that and it doesnt take long at all!

i plugged in ipod, made hidden files visable, dragged to destop and when it was done copying i put the whole file in my itunes and thats it. i didnt sync the ipod yet though cuz some of the songs didnt have their original titles and i was gonna fix it if i could

you highlight all the F00 folders and then right click them and select send to > my documents. dont click and drag them to the desktop
