Thanks, this is all very useful information. Another way to turn a breech baby is to take homeopathic Pulsatilla (potency 30x or higher) for about three days (drink no coffee as it antidotes the Pulsatilla). It's totally safe, and if there is a reason why the baby can't turn (like a very short cord) nothing bad will happen. Used along with the knee-chest position, the baby usually turns within about three days.
hi...my 1st pregnancy was breeched so hd go for an c-section... at that time i was almost 37wks pregnant its was too late that i could do anything about it..my hubby didnt wan me to hav a ECV either...now i'm again pregnant with my 2nd child whose 26wks...i wanna knw whether is it to early to do those exercises....
I have had great success with these types of positions for my patients. I combine a referral to a yoga practitioner as well as Webster chiropractic technique to help resolve breach. Great video!
Im 35 weeks and my baby was Breech I have been doing this exercise for 2 weeks now and today I went to the Doctors for a sonogram well, The baby has TURNED. The Head is down....Thank you for this Video
Thanks for the video! My sister-in-laws baby is breeched right now :O and she is panicking. I am going to try this with her to help, thank you very much!
Thank so much, this advice is really helpful, I will begin these exercises immediately and hopefully my baby will turn. I would really like to avoid a c-section.
you are at the perfect stage to try some of these moves - a chiropractor/ reflexologist might also help- I say try everything before you have that C/S!
I have been there done that with 2 bubbs, both have successfully turned, one at about 30 weeks (she was gettin big) and the other not until about 36 weeks
