when you run the roll cage thru the back dash do you just use a hole saw to make clearance for the pipe to go thru to the trunk? Thanks

The main hoop isn't installed backwards, it's just not at the correct angle. The main hoop should follow the B-Pillar.

6 points are nice because they tie together the rear end suspension points. you might want to look into a rear shock strut bar if this is going roadracing...

Should you mig or tig weld a roll bar?

You can do either. On this is was a mild steel bar so we just MIG'd it. A moly cage requires tig welding.
