'Boya Seleme' is a wedding song and my Hadiyissa language expert tells me that it means Boya "TEMOSHERI" ('Boya' is a popular name for girls among the Hadiya). I do not know how to translate the Amharic word "TEMOSHERI" into English. Perhaps some one who is good in Amharic can translate it for us.
Temosheri does'nt have a direct english translation but, the closest definition is the period between a girls engagement up to her wedding day. Normally, the girl stays home without being seen by anyone.
