  • Hi Meras20

Very good there mate. Not my place to tell you what to do and I don't normally comment on videos but you look good. My advice to you and your pad holder is that you only move after you throw your right hand, which means when a guy is boxing you he will throw his right when you throw your left and he will land every time as you are static when you throw your left. An easy thing to fix and you probably already have. Good work keep it up and keep moving your head.

    Richie.

  • your exhale is good and very important..

  • its good. speed was good

. didnt seem like the punches are hard enough, was is more of a cardio work out?

  • Thanx a lot for the feedback, it really helps...

  • keep it up bro . good stuff

  • good video..i just started boxing like a year ago..fell in love with it..i was noticing when you throw that jab..try to bring it right back..dont leave any room for countering..remember they say speed kills..in many sports yes but in boxing thats not always the case..timing is crucial.also try to keep your hands a little closer so you feel it in your core.because what happens you gte the upside down v and theyre a clear opening for body punches right to the solar plex.great vid though..

  • are you suppose to hit the mitts with all ur power? or ur suppose to go like medium?

  • Looking pretty good. I too come from a Tae kwon do background and switched 3 yrs ago to American style kickboxing. I can tell you've been training hard, most TKD guys have terrible hands. The only feedback I can give you is to keep your elbow in on your jabs and your legs seem a little too far apart this will limit your foot work. I had the same problem typ TKD stance. Keep up the good work.

  • @Oldschooldan1 i was also from TKD,then to kickboxing,but number 1 is MUAY-THAI

When you try belive me you will love it forever.

    MUST TRY,then you tell me

  • Great stuff, good technique and VERY fast hands, keep it up

  • good

  • try and relaxe then your power and speed will improve

  • Thanks for the feedback, used to compete in tae kwon do most of my time, so still need to get used to getting my hands in the right places at the right time :)

It helps to get an opinion from fresh pair of eyes.

  • Good hand speed and lateral movement you have obviously worked hard with your coach as you has good understanding of what he wants you to do. I tend to have my hands a little higher and I make sure my elbows are protecting my ribs at all times as opposed to elbows facing away from you.

Impressive though and good work rate

  • Any comments how improvements can be made are welcome...
