Yes, I'm sure you didn't. Some of my early transfers also had odd stuff added. Looks like the last scanline is getting stretched there on the bottom margin. Probably some conversion error when Yube compresses the file you uploaded? Fantastic photography, putting that glitch aside. The glitch is not "blur" in any case... pixels are just getting recopied into the affected parts of the frame, just as sharp as the base image.

I didnt add any blur anywhere, think youtube has done something weird.
