But putting operating systems that aren't supported on psp's and gameboys and stuff isn't right it can wreck your psp or game boy or xbox live 360.

Only use it on a old pc/laptop that is slow.

Watch my vid, I have Win 3.11 that I can actually write too. I see that you got the familiar "cannot be written to" error.

The 3.11 starting up on mine proves its writability since it starts with "Hot Dog Stand" theme.

I got windows 3.11 (not windows 3.11 for workgroups) ISOed and ready to run with DOSbox 7. Only shitty thing is NO SVGA or network support!! I can upload & send it. Approx. 45MB iso image.

You can get SVGA drivers for 3.11 (not WFW). Microsoft released a patch called SVGA.EXE. Google it and you'll find it
