  • In order for this to keep your pond clear they don't tell you it has to be kept running 24 / 7 in order to keep the biological filter working.

  • @MrGreen958 All pumps/filters have to be kept running 24/7 or theiy dobnt work properly. This seems a brilliant idea - the fact that fump, filter and UV to kill waterborne algae are all contained in a sinle unit is what makes it speciall. It is less expensive that purchasing and maintaining all three units separately. I will be buying one for sure but I will buy it from my local garden centre in case it has to be returned for any reason.
