That twisty slide your referring to has been there for at least 20 years. They added it as an add-on to the big slide in the 80's.

I live 5 mins from Wet n wild xD And since ive been there a million times, make sure you go early and get on EVERYTHING. The ride you see on top if the ride, all tangly and stuff, is gone though, its the brain wash now....which is just O.O Amazing

no they got rid of one of those mini pools to put "disco H20"...in case you want to know what mini pool im talking about it was the one with the fake aligator in it...they had to get rid of hydra fighter and blue niagra to put brainwash in...im not going to complain though...brainwash is a really good ride and i always got water in my nose on blue niagra

Thats blue niagara- it was torn down last year though to make room for brain wash. this was back when wet n wild was the top waterpark in orlando; now its pretty shabby and looks incredibly outdated. Aquatica is has better rides and is brand new

I went there in 1990 and it was my first waterpark I went to since a scary accident at a NH waterslide when I was 6. Needless to say, I was a bit nearvous. I asked the lifeguard how deep the water was and he said "Don't ask stupid questions." He then spun the tube and pushed me down the slide BACKWARDS! HIT the pool, flipped under, swallowed about a gallon. Complained to mgt. When we got home from our vacation we had 4 season passes for the next year. Never went back though.
