I have been cussed, threatened etc for taking videos of people abusing handicapped parking here in San Antonio. My wife is handicapped, thats what made me notice this so much. I have only gone out about 5 / 6 times from Dec. to Feb and have about 30 videos of the dirtbags posted or scheduled for my website unfrackinbelievable com. The new $500 Texas fine may help, but I doubt it...Jim

Part 2. I got out of the car and knocked on her door, telling her that she couldn't park there (she was straddling both spots). She told me that she was waiting for someone and wasn't going to move. I then told her that she was blocking Michelle's exit from the car and she said she'd only move if Michelle needed to get out. I told her she was breaking the law and I'd get a hold of security. Needless to say, she moved pretty quickly out of there!!!!

My sister Michelle and I were in one of two disabled spots at the mall on Saturday, and another lady was legitimately parked in the other spot. Suddenly another lady in a van pulled up between our spots. At first we gave her the benefit of the doubt, assuming that she was disabled and thinking there were three spots so we waited and watched, but she just sat there, not moving ... continued on Part 2.

Thank you for checking the parking lots. The officers in my city Salina, Ks don't even bother and if you call for one over a handicapped parking spot by the time they get around to coming the offender has left.
