Oh hey! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my m8 got hot 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of fat with it.

Alot of people don't achieve their goals because they follow regimes on the internet that don't and cannot possibly cater for everybody's situation.
What you need to do, is talk to someone who knows what they're talking about, and who will give you information specific to your body type and needs.

Your problem is, you havent dosed your diet, you only been makeing aps workout and been gaining muscels, without loseing fat..
What you should do is makeing Cardio til u tired, wich means your energy is out, and your body switches to your fat as energy source, then make aps workout with alot of reps and not so much weight..
@HyldhalZoey And even though we have more gyms than the USA, we don't use them and still manage to stay fit.. Food, that's the key.. Even our McDonalds burgers are healthier. Let's use their sodas as an example: USA size, kid 12 oz, small 16 oz, large 32 oz, super size 42.. Denmark size, small 8 oz, medium 13 oz, large 17 oz.. That's disgusting!
Sorry, not trying to hate. You can't really tell a difference, you can tell it's soft and are still sucking it in. Keep trying maybe do some mad cardio.
Your belly is BEAUTIFUL. To me, it's ideal. I don't know if you want your stomach to look like Roy Jones Jr's, but I hope you get what you desire. In the mean time, know that you're fantastic the way you are! =)
at week 4, the outer outline of the "six pack" starts to show. The line through the center should follow, after which the horizontal definition comes. Great job! Its tough to get started, but once you see results, your motivation increases.
Your stomach looked hot in the first pic, definitely felt some tightening in my jeans. But by the last pic you lost all of your tan, you didn't have your panties peeking out at the camera, and your abs looked EXACTLY the same. My jeans are fitting fine once more.
I'm going to work on this six pack abs thing, you think I should, because I just started a weight loss track, and I need something that will work---it looked like it worked well on you--so i might do it too.:))
@greenbubblewrap Yeah it definitely works. You don't even need a gym membership for it. I just bought my own set of weights and resistance bands and hopped on my bike for the interval training. Only takes 20-30 minutes out of your day too. :D Best wishes for it.

@Klunkemeister Thats hard to say, but what a do know is Scandinavia have is 4 times as small as USA, but has 3 times as many gyms..
So its not always there own fault, alot of americans dont even have a chance to go to the gym..

@greenbubblewrap Yeah it definitely works. You don't even need a gym membership for it. I just bought my own set of weights and resistance bands and hopped on my bike for the interval training. Only takes 20-30 minutes out of your day too. :D Best wishes for it.
