  • Fuck You HOWCAST. medication don't help its a drug. it go fucked with your mind and make everything worst and cost money!! guys seriously don't listen to this video. it will stay in your body forever if you listen to him. if you want to not have any panic attack at your life you must fight all your fear and beat them! i did this way and they stopped. guys you are strong, you don't need a fucking pills to help you, and its the last time i look howcast... fuck you...

  • i get panic atacks so bad like my heart starts racing then i get bad mermers or palpatations one time at work i got one so bad i went into like tackacardia i thought i was having a heart atack idk many i have a heart problem but i dont think i do wen i get the racin heart and chest pains i still have that fuzzy butterfly fealing in the gut like from a panic atack idk can somone relate??? may i have a heart problem or is this a extreem case of panic thanks

  • ...you dont need a therapist if you have meds and the paper bag thing is a myth...also deep breathing makes my panic much worse...so did support groups, it made me feel crazy as i was sitting around a bunch of nut jobs

  • No wonder Petunia in Happy Tree Friends hyperventilates with a paper bag.............

  • I have anxiety disorder .. And every once in a while I get panic attacks randomly even when I'm sleep walking .. God I'm a freak lol

  • @missyme1995 what? no you're not. you're suffering from one of the most stressful things on the planet. not a freak. :)

  • @campcoskuro Thanks :) Yeah, I'm aware of that but when your too anxious you start to think that your out of your mind when its really a normal thing. Everyone goes though it :D

  • @missyme1995 you get nightmares ? it could be the case. if you need some help just tell me. i know how to stop them.

  • @cholehannahx1 Omg same!!! I hate it. It like my worst fear. I especially don't like it when I'm away from home.

  • I just listen to my panic attack music. (yes, I actually have songs picked out that make me relax)

  • what gave me anxiety/panic attacks, is im worried that you know when you get sick, the moment before and you feel absloutly DREADFUL i worry about feeling like like again. Im not so worried about being sick its just i panic whenever i feel a slight sickness, i'll think that im going to feel that awful again and go into a panic attack - panic attacks should get a panic attack themselves and see how it feels:(

  • cognitive behavior "therapist".

    The rapist

  • @haveumetmark yes im doing quite oky now mark...it took a long time though..

  • ok never mind, BPD is not the same as panic attacks, my doctor and therapist are fucking idiots.

  • These videos make it seem so simple. Panic attacks are like being on fire.

  • i had my 3rd panic attack just now and right now i'm feeling its prolonged effects. my eyes are wet, i'm sad, upset and uncomfortable. i'm 23 years old and felt like my death passed me 3 times. my heart was popping out of my chest, i wanted to run away. it happened when i was on chat with friend who got angry and started yelling at me. it is so sad to have this kind of problem. now i'm here to watch this video. only those understand the pain who really face it.. may God gives us good health.Amen

  • @chilling36 i know how you feel...i had this feeling for almost a year now...and i just wanna know people out there who feel the same as i do..but i know God heals all..but we must change ourselves to allow him to heal us...but yeah it doesnt feel good...what do you feel like or what kind of symptoms do u get?

  • @haveumetmark it happens to me from public chatrooms like online chat forums etc. there is a time when i feel nothing but there must be something which will suddenly make me feel weird. now i avoid chatrooms because i don't want any other attack at any cost.

  • @chilling36 its weird how they come right? The feeling of death lingering on your shoulder..The worst pain I get is when my left side of my chest goes completely numb..and then i have this (im not sure) ecotopic beat or palpitation. i dont know but..i just drop down on the ground if im home or if im in a public place..i grab onto something...and even my doctor who says is nothing has not returned my call to check something out...its really depressing for that and hes a christian doctor..ugh

  • @haveumetmark my dear friend, you better get medical check up with cardiologist. panic attack never gives you pain in left side of chest. if you feel stiffness in your right shoulder and right arm then it might not be panic attack. like me, i get a fear of death. i try to escape the place but my legs loses energy. i hardly can carry my own weight. the heart feels like popping out of the chest but all these symptoms are painless. it's good to avoid weird things which give you panic attacks

  • @chilling36 really? my doctor told me my heart was fine?...but in some cases panic attacks do often give you numbness in your chest..unless your symptom is entirely different from mines.

  • @haveumetmark i have 4 doctors in my family (my siblings) and i think i might know a bit more than a normal person. i'm not saying that it is directly related to heart but this is something which shouldn't be taken light. you need to see cardiologist other than your current doctor. panic attacks never give any sort of pain in the chest because panic attacks are psychologically aroused. your pain is physically related to your heart. you should have some medical advice, friend.

  • @chilling36 kk well im scheduling a cardiologist and a chiropractor just to make sure

  • I hate having panic attacks I was in an accident 2 months ago and I still have panic attacks whenever I think too much about the accident or do something wrong (it really knocked my confidence) and i want to see a therapist but if my friends found out I'm worried they will treat me differently and keep asking me questions about it. I just want to tell someone about it so I can get it out of my mind.

  • @brightheartlover19 - you are not alone, my feelings are exactly the same, i don't tell my friends about it as feel uncomfortable for some reason even though they wouldn't care. and i agree, the attack can be very traumatic and lives in the memory for a good while....back to the doctors tomorrow for me :( hope things get better with you.....just remember....there literally is nothing wrong with you it's only in your head! good luck

  • @nudgexs thanks, you too :)

  • NO affense but some people panic when people are in contests, games, nervous, ect

  • i suffer with anxiety everyday some days are worse than others but i am getting help for mine and it is working i also put music on sing dance or go for a walk with my ipad it relaxes me and i come home feeling better. i have always been someone who worries even about other ppls problems i have had to learn that this is my life and i need to stop trying to help everyone as sometimes you cnt and sometimes you need to help yourself first.

  • What I used to do whenever I felt like a panic attack was about to kick in, was dance and sing. No really, that's what I did. YOu can do whatever you want to start moving somehow and start focusing on something else instead of focusing on your heartbeat. This really helps.

I also created a little blog where I tell you my story and have included some nice tips. You can find the link on my profile.

Thumbs Up, "ONLY" if my site helped you.

  • @sarabella121 my panic attacks only happen right before i fall asleep, that moment before you just go under? i kick my feet. just a little i move them back and forth and sometimes it helps.

  • just wondering btw, i was told it's anxiety and panic attacks/sleep apnea...i just wonder...right before i got to sleep when i start actually falling into sleep my mind goes blank my heart races and i wake up unable to breath my heart is beating not really fast, but hard it was occasional but not it has been happening every night for 3 days. i havn't slept. my doctor keeps telling me to take my meds (which wont work for weeks) and i'm at a loss, anyone else been through i?

  • @lambchopclmt I'm going through the same exact thing right now. Not sure what it is, but I will see my doc in two days and my therapist in three so imma tell him about it.

  • @Xzero89 let me know how it goes!

  • My anxiety is triggered by vomiting or the possibility of someone vomiting, there was a kid who had a major concussion and the fact that I had 4 hours daily with him made my anxiety sky rocket, now I am terrified of going anywhere because there is a possibility of someone vomiting, but I don't want to be trapped by it... it's hard, but pushing myself has helped A LOT

  • im 14 and i have anxiety when i have a panic attack it feels like im drowing and i cant even swim up to the top.no none is helping me out of the water even though my mums trying to get me out but my siblings keep pushing me down into the water so i cant get to the top.

  • ~~~tremor~~~tremor~~~~ 'oh its a panic attack nothings gonna happen to me'.... then a freakking building lands on you.

  • Does everyone go through this at one point of their life?

  • PLEASE JOIN MY FACEBOOK GROUP CALLED PANIC DISORDER SUPPORT

  • hey anyone out there a veteran and get CRAZY PANIC ATTACKS, to the point where you think everyone in life is fake? I went to Iraq two times, not trying to be a pussy, was a Infantryman then a sniper my second tour, I wish to remain nameless, but am going so crazy this last week. I left Iraq in 2007. I went in 05 then a second more calm time in 07. I am starting to think life is all fake, just started happening a week ago. I am ok when none is here and all the lights are off. HELP

  • @meatloaf8541 Im soory to say this, but it sounds like your suffering from anxiety disorder or panic disorder. Please do not worry,it is actually very common in todays population and is very treatable, i know this because i suffer from it. What you need to do is to see a therapist and talk to him/her about how you feel, believe me.

  • @meatloaf8541 Hi I suffer from panic attacks currently and I used to have PTSD that would manifest in flashbacks, numbness, and depression. It's actually ironic because I told my fiance he had PTSD from Iraq only because I had had it so I could identify it in him, although he experienced it more with feelings of anxiety and insomnia than how I was depressed from PTSD. You very well could have PTSD from Iraq and it is showing itself in panic attacks. My fiance is fine now he went to a vet hospita

  • now there is an ebook that has many info about this subject look at visitnow dot org

  • Ugh, there's no way to cope with panic attacks >.>

  • very informative for anyone which chooses to cope with PanicAttack99

  • can anybody answer this?

when i drink one mountain dew's worth of caffine my heart pulse is really low. so low i could lay down on the ground as if i were dead, somebody could feel my neck, and they would say i was dead. it gives me the constant fear that my hear is goin to stop. but im only 16 chances of that are low. is that a panic attack?

  • 1:02 ugly

  • alcohol helps but its not healthy and relating those to that may cause them to happen more often and simply can make you an alcoholic :P

  • ITS ALL IN YOUR HEAD....the mind is such a powerful thing, once you realize that your mind is your world, you will be able to control yourself a little bit better. ive had 2 panic attacks in my life, both brought on after smoking pot(once mixed wit shrooms and once on E). Its scary and you feel yourself losing control yes, but knowing that you're 100% in control of your life and what you think should help you relax. the world you see is a result of your mind and filters within the mind. RELAX

  • @Bbfishman wow you had a panic attack while on E? that sucks!

  • @XRyanRevengeX well it was like 6 hours after taking it, and only cuz i smoked 3 blunts....ive tried it twice after that first time and i was better than ever. i stopped smoking after that time on E tho, cuz its pretty obvious the weed was the source. im over the whole drugs thing tho, time to grow up lol

  • @Bbfishman i had the same i had done drugs for ages i was always able to mix then one night on my birthday i crushed up some codeine and sprinkled on a joint and thats when anxiety hit me i thought i was going to die called the ambulance and everything.. my battle continues

  • can Panic Attacks be caused by post dramatic stress disorder ?

  • @jak795 Yes. Mental disorders can cause panic attacks.

  • @jak795 absolutely thats what happened to my fiancee from Iraq and once he dealt with PTSD his anxiety is almost completely gone and he is back to "normal" not having to take sleeping pills, I mean think about it PTSD is caused by an extremely stressful and traumatic event where you don't feel control and anxiety has a lot to do with control

  • @kabanger im sorry to hear that your fiancee suffers from this condition :( i hope he makes a full recovery. sadly its a common thing among soldiers. while it can be treated but it can be a while until it fully goes away if it fully goes away at all and being that as you said its lot to do with control. his environment could be a concern. he should avoid situations where he becomes too upset or anxious. for there's no telling what he might do. im no expert but that would help.

  • I have had panic attacks for anything as little as a stomach ach ornothing at all. I found out that laying on your chest with your arms spread to both sides helps a LOT.

  • panic attack happen from a threat or not knowning what going to happen

  • Comment removed

  • @nasticmimosa

Normal, very normal, I thought I was dying of emphysema or lung cancer. you will be ok. Beleive me you will live !!!! I know it doesnt seem like it but you will. Keep focus on the good things in your life and let your body breath however it wants to.

  • @nasticmimosa my breathing isnt normal as well...r u okay now?

  • IF YOU SUFFER FROM PANIC ATTACKS

    FOLLOW THE VGRTEAM LINK

    IT'S TIME TO FIGHT BACK.

  • lol its funny because im having a panic attack and the constantly moving guy is not helping. LOL but the tis are awesome

  • This sounds just about right...but to let people know if you are a beginner this could take time!! as your head is not at it's best to even follow these simple methods.

but I will agree this should work but not in 1 day....it took time for it to show up and will take time for it to go away..hang in there and don't build any fears that will only make it worse ..remove the bs that you know is not good for anybody in your life..and acept it..then follow these steps!

  • [transportation] excuse my spelling

  • what should i do, i cant travel, get my haircut, work or do simple shit like going to the cinema or eat at a resturant, what should i do?

  • @olly555 Speak to your doc. I found a mixture of (non-addictive) meds + therapy worked fantastic..as i said already in another comment, I went from 5-6+ MAJOR panic attacks daily to 1 v. mild one every few months! There is no instant solution hun but if you work at it you will gradually be able to live away from the grips of anxiety! CBT was the best therapy for me.. I wish you all he best.... be strong!!! There IS life after panic attacks! xxxxxxxxxxxx

  • @Babydollxxsaz I agree it seems so hard to get better, but I am already feeling better from when attacks and constant anxiety first started and I didn't know what the hell was going on and was ashamed (that does nothing to help).

  • @olly555 Classic signs of anxiety. I had my first panic attack 5 years ago, i suffer from palpatations and this is what set them off thinking my heart was going to stop. I thought i was dying i had pins n needles in my arms i couldnt control my breathing etc. I didnt leave my house for 4 months after my first attack, so i seen an therapist. It helped so much just understanding it. To help prevent panic attacks is to try to control them at the start. dont let this control your life. How i do it

  • @olly555 "continued" how i do it is, Close my eyes and count to 100 slowly taking deep slow breathes. This takes my attention away from the feeling as i feel it get more intense. Dont run it only makes it worse as you are running away from nothing just try not to think about anything relating to your attack ( i know its easier said). each day will be a test but the more you learn to control them the less you have before you know it they will be gone, mine of gone,

  • @Recklessmc82 cheers man il try, my doctors put me on meds for them as well, which im not really to sure about

  • @olly555 go to a support group, go to a therapist or a psychiatrist, get out even though u don't want to because your feeding your fear if you stop living, call a hotline, get help!

  • @kabanger i got into Buddhism which has really helped me feel free, im back to normal now thanks for the concern tho :)

  • This is aload of bullshit!

    worst advice i've ever heard...

  • @lmhjs1000 Its heplful to people who suffer from this!!!!

  • @kristicakes78 Fuck you!!!, i've had this shit for years and i've researched more thoroughly than you obviously have... please pay attention

    1. "You cant get rid of panic attacks completely but you can learn to live with them WRONG!!! (fOR EVERY SINGLE PERSON)

    2. "You will need acceptance" WRONG! (No-one should accept GAD)

    3. "You will need anti anxiety meds" WRONG (Numbing pain isnt a cure)

    4. "Rating your attack scale makes it more tolerable" WRONG! focusing on fear fuels existing fire

  • @lmhjs1000 You are absolutely right!! I do not agree with the video at all. The more you focus on anxiety, the more powerful it becomes. My own experience tells me that when the panic attack "knocks on your door" just let it in, don't fight it back. Just bear in mind that thinking oh no, not again, why me? and things like that only triggers more negative thoughts.

What has really helped me is to think "oh, you are there, welcome and do your best to frighten me!" and it goes away. It works!

  • @irenemona how do you convince yourself nothing is really going to happen if all you have going through your mind is the fear of impending doom?

  • @tamra1975 Because doom will never come...

let your thoughts and feelings do the worst they can do

Your fear of "impending doom" (as you put it) it exactly what fuels your panic.

dont run away from these thoughts and feelings, Embrace them and let them run through you without struggle. When you stop fearing you stop fueling.

  • @tamra1975 That is precisely the challenge of this stuff. Believe me, I'm still doing my best to lead a normal life and if I feel a panic attack coming I really have to concentrate in being rational to retain sanity and it is difficult, I know, but just think of the number of times that you felt you were not going to be able to keep on breathing or that you were going to die. What happened next? I know what you feel because I feel the same. Anxiety is terrible but it is not fatal.

  • @irenemona the problem is, when you have a panic attack, you really don't remember or stop t think of the outcome of the previous attack. the only thing you feel is fear.someone slams a door, sneezes loudly, suddenly, the dog barks out of nowhere, the supermarket suddenly becomes crowded while you are there, and suddenly you go downhill very quickly. i know i'm not thinking of a previous outcome, just a way to escape.

  • @tamra1975 I do know what you mean but if we go on with horrible thoughts during the attack as we have done so far, in the future we will get the same results we have had up to now: fear and need to runaway. It is necessary to know that if you train your mind to relax only when you are away from the situation that apparently trigged the attack, you will always need 2 escape, for sure. Try 2 think that it is not the supermarket, nor the dog, nor the slam what starts the process, but our thoughts.

  • @kristicakes78

    5. "Take deep breaths" Irrelevant! oxygen transpotation is already encouraged by the flight or fight response

    6. "Place yourself in a pieceful place" WRONG! Hinding from reality only justifies the initial fear

    7. "cognitive behaviour therapy" If you have the money! not neccessary for anyone!

Again this is terrible advise. Typical comforting nonsense that uninformed people try to convince you with.

If you think this is good advise, you dont know anything about anxiety

  • @lmhjs1000 whatever I do know alot about it since I suffer from it so stfu

  • @kristicakes78 yes I feel less alone

  • I tried all methods and i still get bad phyical panic attacks that last a while, I take meds now and i still panic attacks but not as bad anymore, they help reduce the phyical ailments.

  • Are panic attacks and anxiety attacks related?

  • @MadelineHatter An anxiety attack is a colloquial/synonymous term for panic attack. The 2 terms are basically the name provided for the same set of symptoms associated with panic/anxiety/depression.

  • ugh panick attacks sucks so bad. I have to make an appoitment with my dentist in 10 minutes and im freaking out so bad now

  • Like a normal hard working college student I am full time in school and work; I honestly don't have time for panic attacks. Is there an online support group I can go to for more help? Also, how long does it normally take for your body to get used to the meds? Thanks much!

  • Phenazepam its real help for panic attack

  • How do you know you are having a panic attack?

    What are the symptoms?

  • @MadelineHatter If you think your having a panic attack you more then likely are having a panic attack. The more you question if you are the worse it gets.

  • @timfode but if you're in denial, and not accepting it, it's not as clear.

  • @MadelineHatter Trust me you will know when you have a panick attack. It feels like you are about to die

  • @MadelineHatter Lets just say its the worst feeling in the world. You are convinced you are about to die. If your fear is fixated around (example, because most people fear this) lets say the holocaust, you may even feel as if you are a Jew about to be executed. You can't get the hopeless thoughts out of your head which only makes it worse. BP rises, BPM (heartbeats per minute) increase very rapidly, you drip sweat in the liters, you may vomit, the list goes on.

  • @eBiology wow 0_0

I've had anxiety attacks but not to the liters of sweat and vomit extent.

Thank you for clearing this up though.

  • @MadelineHatter The liters of sweat, tunnel vision, vomiting, increased breathing/BPM/BP are all due the sudden increase in blood adrenaline concentration secreted by the adrenal glands when the mind goes into panic mode. You know it really depends on the person, some can clear up the attacks with or without CBT, some need medication. Im glad you ask questions though, a better educated sufferer often has a better outcome in the end! Best wishes.

  • i had anxiety untill my brother told me about a site called LiveComfortableNow . com .... and it help me get over. Hope This Helps.... LiveComfortableNow . com

  • Carry at all times, a hip flask full of whisker, rum, vodka, or any other spirit.

    Cure right there.

  • @TheStonedSlackerNZ Omg no! I nearly turned into an alcoholic because I would use drink to stop attacks =( Drink to relax from anxiety - hangover which brings on more panic attacks - drink to relax from anxiety. NOT a good cycle, in the first week of this I checked myself into an emergency room 3 times in that week. I am waayy better now and have gone from 5-6+ MAJOR ones a day to one v mild one every few months. A mixture of meds and therapy (I found CBT fantastic) It IS possible to move on! x

  • @TheStonedSlackerNZ

I don't think alcohol is the answer lol maybe a sip or two but thats about it lol

  • Hey, I used to have SEVERE panic attacks since I was young. But my panic attacks are finally cured. The Panic Attack Solution helped me a lot. It's been gaining a lot of reputation now. You should take a look at the website at:

    ThePanicAttackSolution . com

  • i really like the presentation. I am hoping to see panic related videos like this.

  • Whoever this idiot is, he has stolen this therapy from a woman who wrote several books on the subject. Claire Weekes.. good thing she is dead or she might sue his arse

  • I read Hope and Help for your Nerves, and Peace from Nervous Suffering by Claire Weekes and I can tell you that this is in no way copying her method. She promotes: Face your fear, Accept your fear, Float past your fear, and let time pass as coping methods. What book did you read that in any way resembles this video?

  • are u stupid most of doctors around the world are using this therapys doesnt belong to nobody is comun sense

  • try doin that shit in school where u have to cope with 18 year old classmates with the brain of an ant. When u know that for 6 years u had to tolerate school violence, ultimate humilation, terror and absolute mindfuck.and when u finally think its all going fine u get in the class and the people u meet with different faces but who are exactly the same.I find alcohold the ultimate and extreme anti panic attack treatment, but thats bullshit cause i cant drink before school and my father died to drinkin

  • If i could find out what was triggering my attacks everytime i was having 1 for no reason, it would be like winning the lottery.

  • @rocon86 Mine are triggered when i daydream, and then come back into reality, i have really deep deep daydreams, sometimes when i wake up i have them because it's a shock that I'm in reality, it's hard to pinpoint the trigger

  • cute video..loved the animation. I have panic attacks and every bit of advice to ponder is a big help.

  • Oh and if you are a smoker quit that crap ASAP. That alone could be the cause of your anxiety! Serious! They don't relax u they constrict blood vessels which puts stress on your body! Quit quit quit!

  • As a person who has had panic disorder come and go. The best way to naturally get rid of it is to do cardio excercise at least 15 minutes a day. It lowers your blood pressure and puts your mind at ease. I recently went thru a stressful time and stopped cardio they came back. Now I am getting control again by doing cardio. When u do regular cardio it gets to be where it is hard to even get nervous! That is a great feeling! Trust me it beats drugs and u will be healthy!

  • Benzodiazopenes like lorazapam and quietiapene are good anti-anxiety medications and come in different forms (pill (swallowable or sublingual, under the tongue), injection (into muscle) and there have been some experimental patches as well) Of course breathing deep and focusing your mind on one thing helps as well. I know this stuff works because I have attacks from time to time.

  • Pssshhh its different when u have OCD...but this is helpful its what the counsellors say to do

  • buncha crap ... u change ur scenery ... put a movie on ... walk into a different room ... go for a walk ... sitting and dwelling on ur breathing only makes it last longer ... take a shower ... do anything but sit and let it win ... and medication is only prescribed by doctors who want u to depend on it.

  • When it comes to anxiety, everyone is different. Some people might have anxiety due to a fear, others due to a post traumatic experience. Not one single action will have the same reaction with everyone.

  • well DURRRR ... thats why u try different methods and DONT depend on medicine thats only MASKING a symptom!

  • i always have this reoccuring nightmare every time it happens it triggers a panic attack i haven't had said nightmare in about a month though but last time it happened this video helped alot

  • i just had a panic attack a couple of minutes ago

  • Ive had one for the past 6 minutes.

  • I had almost forgotten how hard it is to deal with panic attacks, until tonight. Back in high school I would have them, and what it feels like: the feeling "unreal", your heart races, your body clenches up. For some reason I had mostly blocked it out of my memory until just a few minutes ago.

I wish I had advice for you because I remember how inescapable it used to feel, but just know that there is life on the other side and it isn't going to hurt you.

  • I sobbed into my pillow to help calm myself down.

I didn't realize it at the time,

but it was like breathing into a paper bag.

  • i cope with my panic attacks with Vilift, very effective and without side effects.

  • i have had these since i smoked 25 grams of weed from a bong, was my first time i didn't know how to use it.

  • lol

  • What are the symptoms of hyperthyroidism? * nervousness or irritability * fatigue or muscle weakness * trouble sleeping * heat intolerance * hand tremors * rapid and irregular heartbeat * frequent bowel movements or diarrhea * weight loss * mood swings * goiter, which is an enlarged thyroid that may cause your neck to look swollen

  • yea im 33 and ive been having panica attaks since 18 and its horrible and im still trying to over come them wat ive figured out is that you need to stop smokeing weed, cigs, crack and any thing that can be smoked plus drinking will add toi the situation so that has to stop also you can try talking to freinds and family about it . wat helps me is that wen every time 911 comes and helps me that all say tha same thing ur ok

  • wow, i bet those frequent ambulance visits are costly!

  • I had a terrible attack today. I've never had a panic attack before (or one as severe as today). I thought I was having a heart attack because it was racing very very fast. Prior to this I was thinking about how my money was stolen from me, and how that was supposed to be for my birthday. My body starts to numb, and my chest tightens up, making it difficult to breathe. I hyperventilate because I thought that would help, but that actually makes it A LOT worse. I called 911, and they helped a lot.

  • yeah i've had them from smokin weed too just out of the blue fuckin horrible

  • @lochlainnkerley yeah dude same here.

it was my first time smoking and i thought i was having a heart attack.

figures it was just a panic attack.

    please pm me

  • bitch!

  • The panic I experience is very acute and triggered by confrontations, public speaking or public reading. They can be so intense that I physically cannot speak because my body is in such dire need of oxygen that all I can do through my mouth is suck some serious air. Because mine are most often triggered by people, they have caused me immense embarassment through the years. The intensity of the fear is the worst feeling I have ever experienced by a mile. Heart pounds furiously. They SUCK!
