Hiya! Have you thought of DietOramy diet system (google it)? Ive read plenty of outstanding topics relating to this and my cousin dropped a good amount of bodyweight by using it.
@lorieAnne How about trying new methods? I suggest you could try WeightLossAction.Info.. I found alot of diet methods there that could burn your fats so fast.. I myself tried it too..
I've been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I'm a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.
HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).
2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.
3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com
i have downloaded the workout of stephen cabral for 6 weeks but plz tell me i have to do only 3 rounds and 15 reps or 20 reps only on consecutive days will b enough for that day and the other day i can do cardio on treadmill or elliptical...plz reply soon
Oh thank you so much for talking about an alternative for people with knee issues! I've been having this problem and i stopped doing lunges for a while.
A couple of years ago, I fractured my Sesmoid, which did not heal properly. It HURTS to do more than 5-10 lunges because I'm up on the ball of my foot. Is there another exercise that is just as good as a lunge for the thighs, glutes & hamstrings?

4) Perform high intensity interval training.

If you want to be thinner diet and cardio is key. You will not lose fat by doing these just increase strength in abs and legs.

Great exercises, but getting your diet right to lose the body fat can be so much harder than doing the exercises themselves, blah, hate that.
