The officer acted with restraint he drew down on the suspect and chased the sob till he crossed a roadway . The suspect then turned around and shot at the officer. The officer then returned fire killing the sob. Suspect did fire a shot in the store and nearly hit thwe employee! robberies went down in the area after this incident. I wonder why. John Q got lucky. If he would have walked into the hospital while their were armed police officers, I'm sure he would have been shot. YOU DONT POINT GUNS AT PEOPLE UNLESS YOU INTEND TO SHOOT THEM!! The officer acted with restraint he drew down on the suspect and chased the sob till he crossed a roadway . The suspect then turned around and shot at the officer. The officer then returned fire killing the sob. Suspect did fire a shot in the store and nearly hit thwe employee! robberies went down in the area after this incident. I wonder why. I'm happy I'm not one of these customers or the clerk. I hope never be in their shoes. But if it ever happens to me I prefer to have gun on me. Loaded and ready. LEGALLY. I will not hesitate to protect myself and others. But for having me protecting you with my gun (and taking chance with my live to save yours and mine) you need to help me: vote anti-gun politicians out of offices. Citizens should have right to carry firearms. Police is not always as fast as in this case. Citizen is closer.

Do I feel sorry for his family, you bet I do, but it's not their fault either. Of course they're going to mourn his death, any parent would, but that doesn't mean the blame should be placed on anyone else except for the individual who robbed that store. Did he deserve to die? it gets on my nerves when people come on youtube and say thing like "fuck that boy" or "fuck that nigger.. he deserved to die".. i shake my head at the ignorant minds of these people.. most of them have never been in a situation lke this boy.. so quick to judge but have no clue or the slightest idea that maybe it was a part of an initiation and someone older probably forced him to do it..or he probably did it to get money for his family who could've been broke and homeless..

Great Job from the officer. But not to be monday morning QB, that could have gone terribly wrong for the officer. Officer's please do not pull right up on a store. That piece of shit had the advantage for a quick second, thank God it turned out the way it did. I've been inlvolved in 2 Police Shootings and always be tactical as best as you can.
