You can get a tattoo done of the scarecrow from the movie Sleepy Hollow. I thought that looked kinda cool. But if you wanna go with clowns or scarecrows, then try just looking around on deviantart or some other picture sites and see what they have if you haven't looked at any of your local tattoo parlor shops' designs.

for some one to digitaly edit that tommy you would need to scan it in and have a download for them to get the pic, after that it would just take time, but they need the file to edit to make anything of it.

Mmmm very strong colours, remember that your skin color effects the effectivity of the ink. So.. really strong things not always work for everybody.
