i saw the part segment, where thats great, failed part was diagnosed and sent out same day, but how about an apology signed by whomever was in charge and a promise it will be made better in any upcoming newer model, believe me it would go a long way !!!

I have a Miller Model 88 arc AC welder...OLD SCHOOL WORKS GREAT any idea where I can get some info on it?(manual...diagrams etc?)
