I went through hell to get a Skarmory and transfer it to my Black. BUT l still can't do it. Just when l was prepared to trade the Skarmory from my White to my Black (Black is my game that l use to follow Skarm) ...guess what happened. My nintendo was runing low on battery so it's loading right now. IT'S SO FRUSTRATING.

I did to mine. ^^ He either got that from a friend, who used the poketransfer. I did mine by:

1. Breed for a Skarmory Egg

2. Hatch the egg

3. Transfer it using the PokeTransfer thing on B/W

4. Trade it to B/W

@SoulEaterLvr get celebi from the celebi event. next, go to castellia city and go to a house called "game freak(or something like that)" talk to the kid in blu.but before that,you need a 1 free extra pokemon party slot and a pokeball(any kind). talk to him and he transforms to zorua. The guy with him is gonna say:"Zorua is a close friend of celebi(or somethhing like that). Zorua want to go with you. Do you want to befriend Zorua?" choose yes. "do you have a pokeball?" choose a pokeball inyourbag

To answer everybody's question: You can't catch Skarmory in White or Black. You must migrate or trade it from an older Pokemon generation (which is what SS did.)
