What if we can test each others before having sex? There is oral HIV test kit available right now. If that kit is cheaper then condom we can test each others before having sex. If we can do that, there will be no HIV infection 10 years from now. While developing vaccine or medication why not develop oral test kit more effective. Maybe test result less then 5 min. We all carrying this oral HIV test kit in the pocket and use it before sex. I think this idea is most cheapest way to win!

If you don't want AIDS, don't have sex unless you and the other person are monogamous with each other and have not had previous sexual encounters. Don't do drugs. Don't put yourself in a situation where you are likely to have sex (like at a party where you've been drinking and drugging). It's very simple.

Well done for making the video. I agree with you that we need compassion. Many people who catch aids on in loving relationships and are unaware that there partner has contracted it. The majority of people who catch it are also in the developing world where there is less information available and less testing.

@visionforslovakia How loving is that relationship when one partner doesn't have himself checked and puts his partner in danger? How much do you love yourself if you don't get checked and don't ask your partner to be checked? Doesn't sound very loving.

@pk421 I agree with you that not doing drugs and being monogamous are the best ways not to catch aids. However, you have missed my point. Most people who catch aids live in some of the poorest countries of the world where testing isn't available. It doesn't matter how loving your relationship is, if it is not available, it is not available.

Well I think thats a little harsh. Many people who contract AIDS are not educated in contraception and are not fully aware of the risks.
Is it true to say that if you get killed by a bus its your fault because you walked in teh road?

So what? 34556546457 people die because of AIDS. So what? They fucked with someone who had AIDS. If you born with it, then i really feel sorry about you, cause it´s not your fault.
But if you GET AIDS, you are stupid, you fucked with someone who had AIDS without asking for a test.

I am a teacher and I made this video as an aide in a World Aids day assembly, it really seemed to grab the kids (aged 11-18) and provoked some great discussion and action. I hope others will be able to use it for similar things. Sam Johnson
