there is no best guitar player.... and if it's only subjective... paco de lucia is one of the best flamenco/tango etc. players (i like vicente amigo more, although paco seems to have a better technique)... others are better in jazz (django for example..)..etc.. Guitar playing and music isnt all about technique (what most ppl seem to think). once you achieved a certain level of technique, it's only about music and creating nice melodies, which can be great with only 5 notes. music is feeling
