Third world countries like some places in Africa may benefit from the procedure because it would decrease the number of AIDS infected babies born. I agree with your principle, but not that this bill must go through. This bill will not change what your key points are. There's nothing in it about pharmaceutical companies,there's nothing about hospitals charging exhorbitant rates,nothing about Dr's and PA's,very little about malpractice (and is in favor oof the dr's not covering their mistakes) there's nothing that's going to alter the MEDICAL aspect of it. Except change who can decide what care is needed.
