This video is awsome,Glenn did a brilliant job in the wet here, what skill.Even though I'm a Ford fan I don't mind Glenn driving a Holden,it's good to see this bloke still driving in V8's,just like I didn't mind seeing Radisich and Baird driving for Toll/HSV racing. They both were good to watch at Sandown.
Has anyone got footage of Peter Brocks drive in this 1987 race?Cause the way brock threw that VL around was magic.
ozwrp is right, i had never even noticed glen seton before this race, but some of the driving he did in the wet that day was absolutely superb, he has been a favorite of mine since
aiite, 2 reasons. glen is driving for holden, because mark skaife invited him, and glen also didn't have a full time drive. skaifey and seto used to be close mates when they were younger, when they both drove nissans. glen's contract was terminated at the end of 2005, because will davison needed a drive, and then glen had no where to go after that. im looking forward to seeing glen drive with holden at bathurst
If anyone has seen the whole race footage. That VID had nothing on the rest of the wet drive job he did on that day ...I wish someone would post more of this drive...Seton has great control to bad he never got a Bathurst WIN.
dat oversteer

Shows Seaton really had good skills behind the wheel; pity he never got his Bathurst win
SandmanOz 9 months ago
I love the noise when he gets his toe down, just no traction and spins up the revs, god i miss this kind of racing, bring back the real bathurst :(

That what you call sawing at the wheel.

Larry Perkins was one of the best I'd seen in the wet conditions. Exchanging understeer with oversteer through every corner.

Glen Seton was a great driver, but man did he have some bad luck at Bathurst!

I guess the Sierras on Slicks would of become like some bloke on an ice-rink. Sliding-Everywhere. Outstanding driving there from Seton.

Great bit of action, I remember it well. Just a shame they did not show the rest of the lap, it really was heart in mouth stuff.

That looks like so much fun. If only I could drive at Bathurst 1 year. that would be a dream come true in itself let alone win it.

Shame his driving for Holden at Bathurst, it's only cause he's got no choice.

amen to that. bring back REAL touring cars, that are REAL production cars modified for racing.
